<br /> 66-24 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend that it be olaced on first
<br />reading. This authorizes the sale oF ~6,000,000 in General 0bligat~on Bonds, to be dated April 1, 1966.
<br /> These bonds cover partial costs of the jail and courts buildings,
<br />two schools, street improvements, purchase of the courthouse property, marine terminal, parking lot in
<br />the Colonel Crawford C~on, urban renewal, equipment, etc.
<br /> This has been submitted to the Bond Commission, and they concur in the
<br />issuance of the bonds."

<br /> This covers the construction of a water filter plant, as well as the
<br />deep well reported in Letter #4.¥
