Road and Deeo Creek Boulevard sections of the City, was read:
"It is requested and netftioned that action be taken by city
government to releive the deplorable conditions that allow and cause water and sewage to stand and stagnate
on properties owned by city residents and t~xpayers in the SMITHFIELD ROAD AND DEEP CREEK BOULEVARD sections
of the city. This is not the first time that the Governing bodies of this city have been made aware of
these conditions. It has now become necessary for some residents to dig drainage ditches and install pumps
to protect the property on which they reside.
