Redd, 1529 Center Avenue, <br />and others, was read: <br /> <br /> "We, the citizens of the fifteen hundred block of Center Avenue, are badly in need <br />of curbings and sidewalks. The remaining parts of the s~reets have them. The following <br />citizens are agking for curbings right away, we are trying very hard to build up our community <br />and improve the streets and sidewalks as well. Thank you for your help.
