It was found ~that additional land was available to create these
lots and that the original plat was evidently in error. Lots designated as C, which the
complainants own, were added after the original plat was made. The additional lots that
have been added are designated as D.
I have discussed with the owner the petition opposing the sale of these lots
designated as D. There are emghteen lots involved along Beech Avenue. Eleven have been
sol~ seven have not been sold.
In order to settle t~is on an amicable basis, the owner has agreed to exchange the
complainants' lots now termed as inside lots, for one of the outside lots if they so desire.
It would be necessary for the o~mers to bear the cost of moving the deceased if
they desire to mak~ the exchange."

Motion of 5~r.m~ng'~' to receive as information, was adopted,~ without dissenting vote.

-UNFINISHED BUSINESS-

66-306 - The following ordinance, approved on first reading at last meeting, ~as taken up
and read:

"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $106,700.00 FROM THE GENE~%L CAPITAL IMPROVEmeNT FUND FOR THE
CITY'S SHARE OF TH£ COST OF THE WEAVER REDEVELOP~ENT PROJECT"

On motion of ~Ir.
