<br /> 68-172 - "I recommend that a drainage easement adjacent to Academy Avenue between U. S. Route 17A and
<br />the Southern Railway right,of-way be released.
<br />
<br /> This release has been requested by the property o~mer. The easement was acquired from Chesapeake by the
<br />recent annexation.
<br />
<br /> The Public Works Department advises me that the easement is not needed by the City.''
<br />

<br /> 68-162 - Motion of Mr. Barnes to go in~$ the electionof members to the Coast Guard Museum Board, to

<br />Mr. Bastes nominated Capt. Bruce Stewart to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Capt. Vaughan.

<br />the Board for three year terms expiring January 51, 1971.

<br /> Mr. Barnes nominated Mrs. H. Thomas Fennell, Jr., to fill the unexpired term Of Zalmon I. Blachman, which
<br />term expires May 1, 1970.
