<br />68-277 - "I submit the attached agreement between the Virginia Electric and Power Company and the City of
<br />Portsmouth and recommend the propertCity officials be authorized to sign. This agreement is for the installa-
<br />tion of an underground power line.
<br />
<br /> This underground power line is being installed into the new tohacco fumigating facility for the Portsmouth
<br />Port and Industrial Commission at Pinners Point. This line will feed from Seaboard Avenue into the fumigator
<br />building."
<br />
<br /> On motion of Nr. Smith that the proper City officials be authorized to sign the agreement, was adopted,
<br />without dissenting vote.
