The following letter from John C. 8arronton was read, and received as information:

'"rhis is to express my considered objection to the rezoning of that property between Sterling Point
and Sweetbriar from it's present clas§ification to m~ltiple dwelling district.

Twice before this problem has faced the citizens residing around this property and each time they 5ave
voiced a resounding objection. %~hile I do not speak for these people, I know I reflect the opinions of at
least the one thousand seven hundred persons who signed petitions in 1967.

Further this application is totally inconsistent with the Development Plan, Churchland Annexation Area.
If funds are expended to develop plans such as t~is, ,we believe they should be adhered fo for orderly growth.

Finally, peoole of my neighborhood do not object to multiple family buildings as such; but we do object
strenot~ly to b~-~g~ up the continuity of single family zoning from tile Churchland bridge to the Churchtand
business district.

Your kind consideration of my views in t~is matter is appreciated.~
