<br />~mends the City ~ode to make Glasgow Street between Crawford Stree~and iYater Street one-way east, and
<br />Street between Glasgow and London Streets one-way south.

<br /> This has been recommended by the City Traffic Engineer due to the heavy volmme of traffic now on Glasgow
<br />Street because of the Citizens Trust Bank Building. This street is extremely narrow and by making it one-way
<br />it will improve the t_afmlc flow around this building and will not ad~ersel} affect anyone."
