<br /> 69-146 - The foll~,ing letter from the Planning Director was read:

<br /> "At its regular monthly meeting on May 6, 1969, the City Planning Commission resolved to recommend approw
<br />of two street closure petitions, each one of which is complex and involves sections of several paper streets.
<br />To the best of our knowledge, no paper street named below contains any utility lines which would have to be
<br />relocated; but it may be necessary for the City of Portsmouth to retain certain drainage easements in the Beat¢
<br />Creek area (S-69-2).
