<br /> A bulldozer and operato~ are stationed there five days a week. This equipment is used to keep the
<br />material level whict~ the City hauls; also, to dispose of material deposited by otI~ers after working hours,
<br />~'e remove at least two truckloads of sofas, mattresses, etc. which are deposited after the bulldozer operator
<br />leaves. Street sweeping are. the only non-solid material deposited in this area by the City. This material is
<br />used for cover .and there is no smell to the finished areas. The freshly worked areas do Rave a musty odor
<br />associated with wet tin cans."
<br /> Motion of Mr. Smith to receive as information and that a copy be sent to Mr. and Mrs. John Dashiell, was
<br />adopted, without dissenting vote.
