Galliford has requested the closing of Holly Avenue between Harding <br />Street and Southern Drive; Lombardy Street, 272 feet north of the right-of-way line of <br />Broadway Street and Southern Drive; Sunnyside Avenue, 272 feet north of Broadway Street <br />and Southern Drive; and, Harding Street, 160 feet west of Channel Avenue and Holly Avenue. <br />These closings are being requested in order that the property can be developed for industrial <br />use.
