By accepting the bid on Division II from Everett ~addey Company, there will <br />be a savings to the City of approximately $500.00. <br /> It is, therefore, respectfully submitted that the City Council consider the proposal by Everett Waddey <br />Company on Division II of the contract under consideration and, further, that this Division be awarded to Ever- <br />ett Waddey on the basis of the lower bid.
