70-187 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first reading. This changes the
name of Teal Court and Linnet Court. It recommends that Teal Court be changed to Cinnamon Teal Court since
there is already in existence a Teal Street in the City. Teal Court is in the Hunter's Point section of the
City and has houses under construction, but no one occupying them.

It is recom~mended that Linnet Court be changed to L~n Court. This is requested due to the similarity
between Linnet Court and Linnet Lane. Due to the similarity of names and duplication of numbers, this ls
creating a problem. To change the numbers would inconvenience a minimum of fourteen peoole. To change ~e
name would inconvenience only seven people. Therefore, it is suggested that the name be ~hanged rather than
the numbers ."
