<br /> 71~79 - Mr. Johnson, City ~anager, reported on conditions of ditch separating Pine Croft Lane and the
<br />Churchlani~Elementary School property.

<br /> 71-80 - Mr. Barnes directed the Assistant City Attorney, H. K. Reveley, to confer with the City
<br />Attorney in reference to recent state legislation in relation to sale of syringes without prescription.
<br />Further, to see if Council would be acting within realm of legality Zo pass a local ordinance of same
<br />substance.

<br /> 71-81 - Mr. Irvine SMith asked what information was available in reference to Park View Redevelopment
<br />inspections. Mr. Smith~ furt~T asked that Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authm~i~IQ~furnish copies
<br />to Council on what plans have been inspected and what the outcome of the inspections would yield.

<br /> 71-82 - On motion of Mr. Johnson, that PRHA and ~nimum Housing Authority staff get.together in Park
<br />View in order to establish rules and procedures to force homes to be brought up to standards, was adopted
<br />without dissenting vote.

<br /> 71-85 - ~r. Barmes directed that the City Attorney advise us what the law allows us in code enforcement
<br />through the Housing Authority and what the Federal law will allow the Housing Authority.

<br /> 71-84 - Mr. Johnson directed the Assistant Attorney, H. K. Reveley, to relate to the City Attorney to
<br />draft a USe Permit for all zoning categories so as to relieve situations as they come up.
