<br />~ TRASH;~-B~Y AMENDING SECTIONS 15-2, 13-5, 13-14.1, AND 13-24, PERTAINING
<br /> TO THE RECEPTACLES FOR GARBAGE AND TRASH, THE DISPOSAL OF SAME AND THE CHARGES
<br /> FOR HANDLING REFUSE; AND BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION NUMBERED 13-23.1,
