<br />yesterday, at which meeting you were present to discuss your budget for the next fiscal
<br />year and also presented a request dated March 50 to purchase four pairs of handcuffs.

<br />lowance of $50 for the fiscal year ending June $0, 1971 to cover the purchase of four pairs
<br />of handcuffs."
