It is now found that some of these lots are not <br />needed by the school. The School Board has a purchaser for two of the lots -- one titled <br />in the name of the School Board and one titled in the name of the City. <br /> <br /> I am requesting authorization to transfer this lot to the School Board in order that <br />the School Board can convey title to the prospective purchaser. The funds derived from this <br />sale will be divided between the School Board and the City. The price for the sale of the <br />two lots is $2,500." <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Raymond Smith, the recommendation by the <br />City Manager was approved by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Holley, Johnson, King, Irvine Smith, Raymond Smith, Turner, Barnes <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> 71-288 "I submit the attached agreement and recommend the proper City officials be <br />authorized to sign.
