Bart Street to the Portsmouth School Board.

Some years ago, the City and the School Board purchased lots in the Westhaven area for
the expansion of the Westhaven School site. It is now found that some of these lots are not
needed by the school. The School Board has a purchaser for two of the lots -- one titled
in the name of the School Board and one titled in the name of the City.

I am requesting authorization to transfer this lot to the School Board in order that
the School Board can convey title to the prospective purchaser. The funds derived from this
sale will be divided between the School Board and the City. The price for the sale of the
two lots is $2,500."
