S. Livesay, Jr. Involved are 64 units to be located just 5orth of Section One, <br />Merrifields Apartments. Bozm, by Attorney Robert F. Babb, to close a <br /> portion of Barclay Avenue for a distance of approximately 130 feet <br /> west of the northwest intersection of Barclay Avenue and George <br /> Washington Highaay. <br /> <br />~-71-6 <br /> <br />Petition of Mr. & Mrs. Felix Sparks, Jr., and Mr. John Thomas, by Attorney <br />James A.
