<br /> Mr. Holley made a motion that was seconded by Mr. Raymond Smith, that the letter to be
<br />received as information and that the action taken by City Council relating to the sub,oct
<br />of the matter be forwarded to Mr. Bauserman. Further, that copies of the letter to Mr.

<br />now publicly reaffirms, to City Council, its endorsement of the purpose and contents of the
<br />Posit~on Paper. We believe the document to be the result of careful study and consideration
<br />of the role which the Portsmouth Redevelopment & Housing Authority has assumed in our city.
