<br />Intersection of Barclay Avenue and George Washington Highway, and running in a westerly
<br />direction along the North side of Barclay Avenue 129.48 feet to an iron pipe; thence South
<br />and perpendicular to the North side of Barclay Avenue 20 feet, more or less, to the South-
<br />side of Barclay Avenue; thence East along the South side of Barclay Avenue 120 feet, more
<br />or less, to the West side of George Washington Highway."
