That Construction Associates, Inc., is hereby granted a use permit subject to site <br />plan restrictions, pursuant to Section 4-2 of said Zoning Ordinance for the operation of <br />a Mobile Home Park located on the property described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of Gust Lane and Claremont Drive; thence easterly <br />approximately 187 feet to a creek line; thence westerly along said creek approximately 380 <br />feet; thence easterly approximately 440 feet to a point; thence westerly approximately 55 <br />feet; thence easterly approximately 119 feet to a rear property line; thence northerly approxxi- <br />mately 240 feet to a point; thence westerly approximately 1,620 feet to the south right <br />of way line of Victory Boulevard; thence westerly along Victory Boulevard approximately <br />800 feet to a side lot line; thence southerly approximately 354 feet to the right of way <br />line of Gust Lane; thence southeasterly along Gust Lane approximately 2,700 feet to the <br />point of beginning." <br /> <br />Ayes: Holley, Johnson, King, Irvine Smith, Raymond Smith, Turner, Barnes <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />USE~PERMIT 71-15 - Petition of Brandon Square Townhouses <br /> <br />Mr. J. Preziotti, Jr., Planner for Baldwin and Gregg, spoke in favor. <br /> <br /> On motion of MR Turner and seconded by Mr, King, the following resolution was adopted, <br />an by the following vote: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A SEWAGE PUMPING <br />STATION NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF RIVER SHORE ROAD AND BROOKMERE LANE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brandon Square Townhouses, a partnership, has made application pursuant to <br />Section 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for the granting of <br />a use permit as hereinafter described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done all things required to be <br />done in connection with said application, and the Planning Commission has considered the <br />granting of said use permit, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City: of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> A. That Brandon Square Townhouses, a partnership, is hereby granted a use permit subject <br />to site plan restrictions, pursuant to Section 4-2 of said Zoning Ordinance for the operation <br />of a Sewage Pumping Station located on the property described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning SO feet east or'the eastern right of way line of River Shore Road at a point <br />766.63 feet north of the centerline of Craneybrook Lane extended; thence east SO feet; thence <br />south and parallel to River Shore Road 7S feet; thence west SO feet; thence north 7S feet <br />to the point of beginning." <br /> <br /> Ayes: Holley, Johnson, King,-Irvine Smith, Raymond Smith Turner, Barnes <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br />USE PERMIT 71-14 - Petition of Union Oil Company <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Turner, the following resolution was adopted, <br />and by the following vote: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE <br />STATION AT THE SOUTHEAST INT~gSECTION OF TURNPIKE ROAD AND PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Union Oil Company of California, has made application pursuant <br />2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for the granting <br />as hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />to Section 4- <br />of a use permit <br /> <br /> wH:EREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done all things <br />done in connection with said application, and She Planning Commission has <br />granting of said use permit, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. <br /> <br />required to be <br />considered the <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> A.
