<br /> Motion of Mr. Turner and seconded by Mr. Holley, to refer the matter of Sickle-Cell
<br />Anemia to the Federal Grants' Coordinator and for him to meet with Dr. Buttery to see if
<br />money is available for detection tests and treatment, was adopted by the following vote:

<br /> 72-11 Motion of Mr. Johnson seconded by Mr. Raymond Smith that the City Manager con-
<br />sider the feasibility and possibility of re-doing the current budget by at least $500,000
<br />and report back his findings within 30 days, was adopted by the following vote:

<br /> 72-13 - Mr. Barnes made a motion that was seconded by Mr, King, that the City Attorney
<br />confer with the City Manager to review the ordinance pertaining to the duties and responsi-
<br />bilities of the Bond Commission and to incorporate in the ordinance the overall city ~inancia~
<br />matters as well as bonding. This Commission be given the autha~ty to advise the City Counci~
<br />on financial and bonding matters following their own study, was adopted by the following vote!
