<br />72-133 The following letter received from Mr. B~rnie Kirsch, was read:

<br /> "Today % mailed the postcard which is copied and attached for your informatinn. It is
<br />a disgrace to our city tha~ the unsanitary, unhealthful situation which is resulting from
<br />the continued use and abuse of dumpsters in Portsmouth's Public Housing is condoned by both
<br />the city and Housing Authority management.
<br />
<br /> When do you plan to have something done about this problem? It has been discussed for
<br />several years and has been a problem for many years. The people who live in Public Housing
<br />as well as all Portsmouth citizens deserve better services than are presently being provided.
