<br />This amends the ordinance recently adopted establishing fees for Police and Fire escort service.

<br /> The previous ordinance established a charge of $5.00 for the first hour and $10.00
<br />each additional hour or fraction thereof when Police or Fire escort service is required.
<br />
<br /> The new ordinance establishes a fee of $10.00 for the first hour and a half, and $$.00
<br />for each additional half hour or fraction thereof. This change has been requested by conqer~s
<br />using this service."

<br /> On motion of Mr. King and seconded..by Mr. Turner, the following ordinance was approved
<br />on first reading, and by the following vote:

<br />OR FIRE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH."

<br /> Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and appointment and regulation of Justices

<br /> This updates the Code to conform to the State laws and City Charter. The City Attorney
<br /> has consulted with the Judges and they concur in these changes. This is also a part of
<br /> the City Attorney's program of updating the City Code."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Raymond Smith, and seconded by Mr. Johnson, the following ordinance
<br />was approved on first reading, and by the following vote:
