<br />This amends various sections of the City Code pertaining to the Motor Vehicle Code.
<br />
<br /> The~se amendments are necessary to conform to changes made to the State Code during
<br />.the recent session of the General Assembly. It is necessary for the City Code to conform
<br />in order that the City can benefit from any fines derived under these sections."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Raymond Smith and seconded by Mr. Turner, the following ordinance was

<br />the first offense. For the second and subsequent offense, the fine is $100 minimum and
<br />$500 maximum."
