<br />Stadium.
<br />
<br />Parcel I Beginning at the intersection of Peninsula Avenue and London
<br /> Boulevard; thence easterly along London Boulevard to a point
<br /> approximately 250 feet east of its intersection with Godwin
<br /> Street; thence in a northerly direction and along a drainage
<br /> easement to the western boundary line of Oak Grove Cemetery;
<br /> thence west along said boundary ~o the cneterline of Peninsula
<br /> Avenue.

<br /> 'We the People' request that Douglas Colvin and Rudolph Jackson, registered members
<br />and spokesmen of the above named organization in the City of Portsmouth, be placed o~ the
<br />agends for the next City Council meeting, July 11, 1972. OUr planned subject of discussion
<br />will be 'The Welfare and Safety' of the Black community."
