<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia,
<br /> that the City Manager is heebby authorized to sell the £ollowing described property:

<br /> Virginia, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the eastern
<br /> right of way line of Washington Street, distant 105', more or less northerly
<br /> from the northeast intersection of Washington Stree} and Hampton Place; thence
<br /> running northerly along siid eastern right of way line of Washington Street
<br /> 258.5', more or less, to a point; thence running easterly and perpendicular to
<br /> Washington Street 90', more or less, to a point; thence running northerly and
<br /> parallel to Washington Street 77.5,, more or less, to a point on the southern
<br /> right of way line of Crawford Parkqcay; thence running easterly along said
<br /> southern right of wayline of Crawford Parkway 270', more or less, to a point
<br /> on the intersection of said southern right of way line and the western right
<br /> of way line of Dinwiddie Street extended; thence running southerly along said
<br /> western right of wayiline of Dinwiddie Street 125', more or less, ~o a point;

<br />the bid of Portsmouth Elderly Housing, Incorporated and is authorized to execute all docu-
<br />ments necessary to close such transaction and convey said 1and to Portsmouth Elderly Housing,
<br />Incorporated."
