<br /> "As you know, the corporation which I represent, Portsmouth Elderly ~ousing, Inc.,
<br />has spen~ the last several weeks attempting to negotiate a compromise with Manor House
<br />Apartments, Inc., concerning the bids which were submitted to you for the above property.
<br />Unfortunatley, our efforts have been fruitless, and we, therefore, a~k that this matter be
<br />placed upon the Council Agenda for its meeting Tuesday, October 24, 1972.
<br />
<br /> I would also like to request permission to speak to Council concerning this matter.
<br />Thank you for your attention to this matter."
