<br /> 72-500 Public Hearing on rezoning, use permit applications, a proposed amendment to
<br />the Comprehensive Plan and Regional Plans for Southeastern Virginia on the following was

<br />
<br /> Mr. Harold Beaver spoke.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Smith and seconded by Mr. Holley, the application be approved.
<br />
<br /> Substitute motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. King, the petition be referred back
<br />to the Planning Commission and they be more specific in their objections to this particular
<br />matter, was adopted by the following vote:
