Study means of maximum education o£ personnel in fire and police departments. <br />5. Take advantage of means of studying departments towards maximum efficiency <br /> thru federal grants available for police and such available means for fire <br /> department as American Insurance Association. <br /> <br /> Sudh organizatinnal structure of Public Safety Study Commission should make the <br />Commission aware that this study is to up grade our police and fire departments at a time <br />when publi.c safety is-needed at its maximum, and harmony and team~work ms needed to gain <br />maximum efficiency end furthermore the study commission should bear in mind that we, the <br />City Council, are going to pro%ide the most efficient protection possible to our ci'tizens <br />by whatevery means can be provided by this council.
