January 23. ~975 <br /> <br /> ,City Attorney <br /> 73-45 - Motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Smith,/to advise if an ordinance can <br />be prepared to remove aerosol paint.cans, convenient to the public, and place behind countersl. <br />referred to a conference, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> 73-44 - Motion of Mr. Johnson and seconded by Mr. Smith, that the City Manager procure <br />the total number Of arrests for criminal actions, misdemeanors and felonies for juveniles <br />and adults over the past year or two years, and advise what legal department tried said <br />cases; in what court or courts; what action occured on said cases and if they were appealed <br />and to what court and what final action occured in what court and report to Council. <br /> <br /> Substitute motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Smith, that the City Manager meet <br />with the Commonwealth Attorney, Chief of Police and other Judiciary officials and his report <br />be furnished to City Council at a conference, was adopted without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> seconded by Mr. Holley, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M. <br /> <br />Motion of Mr. King and <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
