<br /> Under this ordinance an operator of one of these centers must obtain a permit to operate~
<br />The applicant must submit his name, address, age, date and place of birth, and, where pertin-
<br />ent, the relationship of the applicant to any company or corporation owning or managing
<br />the center. There must also be listed prior convictions of applicant and managerial employee:
<br />as well as any pending criminal cases.
<br />
<br /> The applicant must show the location of the center along with the number of patrons
<br />it will accommodate. There must also be submitted all employees who are expected to serve
<br />in a managerial capacity, along with a brief set of house rules which shall be enforced
<br />within the center and the immediate area outside the center.
<br />
<br /> The ordinance further provides that the centers cannot be opened between the hours
<br />of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. No persons under the age of eighteen years can remain in the
<br />center between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. The center shall be located on
<br />the ground floor with windows of not less than one hundred square feet and illuminated
<br />throughout at a level of no less than forty foot candle power.

<br /> This ordinance has been requested by the Police Department because of problems they
<br />have been experiencing in and around the centers."

<br />This amends the City Code pertaining to grave opening fees.
<br />
<br /> The fee for grave openings four feet and under is established at $45.00 for weekdays,
<br />and $65.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The present fee is $2S.00.
<br />
<br /> The fee for grave openings over four feet is set at S90.00 for weekdays and $110.00
<br />on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The present fee is $S0.00
<br />
<br />These fees are in line with the charges of the other cemeteries in the area."

<br />areas with fireplaces, boat dock extension from 60 feet to 100 feet, and 6 additional water
<br />bykes.
