<br />It is recommended that this contract be awarded to Vico Construction Company.
<br />
<br /> The Brandon Square developers are participating in the 'cost of these projects
<br />in the amount of $61,836. It is, therefore, being requested that $132,000 be appropriat~
<br />to cover the City's share of the cost of this construction. These funds also include
<br />the inspection and contingencies for the two projects.
<br />
<br /> The City also has an agreement with Brandon Square-which requires the City to
<br />participate in a gravity interceptor sewer on River Shore Road to serve other areas
<br />such as Edgefield, River Shores and Southampton. This is being constructed by the
<br />builders with theEity committed to a fixed fee of $41,000. These funds are included
<br />in the above appropriation."

<br /> On motion of Mr. King and seconded by Mr. Johnson, the following ordinance was

<br />INTERCEPTION SEWERS, AND A PUMP STATION AT OR NEAR BRANDON SQUARE."
