This~appropriates $175,000 for the'construction of the north Churchland intere <br />ceptor sewer. <br /> <br /> This fs an interceptor sewer to be constructed along Swannanoa Drive to service <br />areas along Twin Pine Road and will be connected with the line recently approved by <br />City Council along River Shore Road. This line is being built under the agreement <br />with Hampton Roads Sanitation-District that it will be purchased by HRSD at a future <br />date (when ~unds are available), HRSD will pay, the construction costs including engineeril <br />and inspectlonfees.
