<br />ceptor sewer.

<br /> This fs an interceptor sewer to be constructed along Swannanoa Drive to service
<br />areas along Twin Pine Road and will be connected with the line recently approved by
<br />City Council along River Shore Road. This line is being built under the agreement
<br />with Hampton Roads Sanitation-District that it will be purchased by HRSD at a future
<br />date (when ~unds are available), HRSD will pay, the construction costs including engineeril
<br />and inspectlonfees. Until such time as the line is purchased, Hampton Roads'Sanitation
<br />District will pay the City 70% of revenues derived from connections more than one mile
<br />from the present HRSD interceptor.
