<br />Corporation paid taxes in 1970-71 in the amount of $1,665.88; in 1971-72, $1,663.88; and
<br />1972-73, $1,247.91. This occurred through a combination of errors dating to the 1960
<br />annexation. The original and residual acreage of the property was erroneously calcu-
<br />lated.''

<br />AND 1972-73 DUE TO AN ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES."

<br />reading. This amends the rates for parking in parking meter zones in the City. The

<br />the construction of the parking ramp on Edinburgh Square. The revenues will accrue to
<br />the benefit of the Parking Authority for the financing of this structure."

<br />study to offer some relief to our citizens for parking in the Municipal complex and

<br /> 73-219 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first readin
<br />This appropriates $3,450 necessary for the merger of the Circuit and Hustings Courts
<br />into one court system to be known as tile Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth.
<br />
<br /> It is necessary to do approximately $1,894 in printing of forms for this court
<br />to be used by the three judges. This will be done by the City Printing Office.
<br />
<br /> Other items needed include such things as electric time clock for recordation
<br />of instruments, court seals, rubber stamps, receipt books, etc. The Judges are also
<br />requesting the construction of an information booth in the vestibule of the court buildin
<br />This will be necessary due to the three courts under the same system."
