<br />This amends the Supplemental Retirement System to improve the retirement benefits.

<br /> The amendments provide for employees to retire at age 60 with 25 years of service.
<br />They will receive a pension of S0% of average final compensation based on the first 25
<br />years of service, plus 2% of average final compensation for each year over 2S but not
<br />to exceed forty years.':
