<br /> condition of the city, with, if appropriate, a statement as to his analysis

<br /> Frederick B. Hill and Company, review and insure the proper enforcement of
<br /> all of the contracts to which the city is a party.

<br />6. That the city manager, at least once a year, publish a listing of compen-
<br /> sation paid to key positions within the city governmenT, and that the
<br /> school board and Portsmouth Redevelopment ~ Housing Authority be requested
<br /> to furnish similar information to the council throug~ the city manager for
