<br /> 73-310 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first read-
<br />ing.. This appropriates $1,351,211 in the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for revenues
<br />received for entitlement period 3.
<br />
<br /> The above appropriation includes
<br />in the Public Safety category. Also,
<br />$2S0,000 for debt retirement, $75,000
<br />
<br />$388,743 for operating and maintenance expenditures
<br />under capital expenditures, this appropriates
<br />for equipment, and $637,468 for capital projects.
<br />
<br /> The capital expenditures will be for drainage as previously adopted by resolution
<br />of the Plan Use Report on June 12, 1973."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Smith and seconded by Mr. King, the following ordinance was approve~
