reading. This appropriates $1,200 for the purchase of pamphlet reprints of certain
chapters of the new City Code. It is recommended that these pamphlets be purchased
at this time while the City Code is set in type because reprints at a later date having
to be reproduced by photo offset printing would be much more expensive. It is also
noted that these pamphlets will be loose-leaf in nature and able to be supplemented
as the City Code is amended. The breakdown of this expenditure is as follows:
rebate be granted.

The error occurred when Building Permit #3433 was issued to John F. Rixey to constru(
a one-family frame dwelling at 3801 Red Barn Road. The tax plate and parcel
numbers for this address are 840-26; however, the plate and parcel numbers appearing
on the permit were 839-20. The permit was intended to represent Lot 40, Sec. 3B, Church-
land West, but instead, it was given the plate and parcel numbers for Lot 40, Sec.
2, Churchland West. The error was caused by lack of addresses on recorded subdivision."
to rebate John F. Rixey in the amount of $62.60, was adopted by the following vote:
73-369 - "I have met with representatives of the Community Motor Bus Company concern-
ing free or reduced fares for senior citizens on the bus lines. According to the bus
officials, the senior citizens group accounts for between fifteen and twenty percent
of the Community Bus Company's gross revenue. Figuring that the annual gross rev6nue
is $700,000, it would appear that the gross revenue would be reduced by approximately
$140,000.
