<br />A LICENSE TAX ON ENGAGING IN THE BUSINESS OF PROVIDING AUTOMOBILE UNDER-
<br />COATING AND RELATED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES TO AUTOMOBILE MARKETING AND DISTRI-
<br />BUTION ENTERPRISES."

<br />Jerome P. Carr, II, to close that portion of Amelia Avenue south of the former line of
<br />Scott Street (which has been closed between Powhatan Avenue and Winchester Drive):
