Carr, II, to close that portion of Amelia Avenue south of the former line of <br />Scott Street (which has been closed between Powhatan Avenue and Winchester Drive): <br /> <br />S-73-16 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest intersection of Scott Street and Amelia <br />Avenue and thence in a southerly direction along the west line of <br />Amelia Avenue 136.37 feet to the boundaryiline of "Grove Park", <br />being also the line of the property of Dr. A. P. Long, Jr.,; thence <br />North along the line of the property of Dr. A. P.
