<br /> The Municipal Finance_Commission deferred any action relative to the above proposed
<br />amendment until such time as a clearer sense of direction can be determined on current
<br />budget requirements.
<br />
<br /> The consensus of opinion among the Commission was that to make any recommendation in
<br />part or whole relative to the tax rate structure at this time would not be sound fiscal
<br />planning."
