<br />OF PORTSMOUTH FOR THE YEAR 1975 AND ANNUALLY THEREAFTER, FIXING THE RATE AND
<br />REQUIRING THE PAYMENT THEREOF, REQUIRING CERTAIN REPORTS, AND PRESCRIBING
<br />PENALITIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF."

<br />CHARGED FOR WASTEWATER UTILITY SERVICES; AND BY ADDING NEW SECTION 38-82 ESTABLISH-

<br />14-45 PERTAINING TO BILLING PROCEDURES FOR REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICES."

<br /> 74-236 "On May 1S, 1974 bids were received for installation of sanitary sewers
<br />and construction of pumping stations to serve the North Siesta Gardens subdivision and
<br />the Hatton Point Farms subdivision. Low bidders for the North Siesta Gardens project
<br />were Crowder Contracting Corporation for the sewers and Luke Construction Company for
<br />the pumping station. The low bids for the Hatton Point project were A ~ W Contractors,
<br />Inc., for the sewers, and Luke Construction Company for the pumping station.
