Horton from the position of City <br />Manager of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. As we, the undersigned residents of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia do not feel he has the interest of the City of Portsmouth at <br />heart and is not the proper man for this position. Pollock, 36 Wallace <br />Circle and others" Total signatures on both petitions 11,155. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Oast and seconded by Mr. Elliott, to be received as information, was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 74-405 - Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Wentz, to authorize the City Manager <br />to select an Engineering firm for the Mt. Hermon and/or Effir~hamProjects and report back <br />to Council, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />I~O~ia~;~f'.~r.
