Bilisoly, L. T. Correll, R. C. Dempsey, Joseph Kiss and Linon Vann be <br />appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of such street and report to <br />this Council in writing whether in their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience <br />would result from vacating and closing the following: <br /> That portion of Rodman Avenue in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, as <br /> shown on Real Estate Plat Number 354 in fhe office of the City Assessor <br /> of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northeastern intersection of Rodman Avenue and Western <br /> Branch Boulevard and running in a northerly direction along Rodman Avenue <br /> a distance of approximately two hundred (200) feet, more or less, to its <br /> intersection, with Queen Street and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad right <br /> of way." <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, Elliott, Holley, east, Davis <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />'.~- 74-466 - <br />her request.
