November 26, 1974 Category 3: Need for attention by departments of the city under capital improvements or other funding as soon as possible. (Some recommendations in this category must be followed since they may become Category 1 in a subsequent Housing and Community Development Act funding year); Category 4: Need and desirability for adoption but requiring more staff study or research to consider adequately. (Some recommendations in this category could be placed in Category 1 with little additional study). The following resolution was adopted without dissent by the Citizens Advisory Com- mittee on November 25, 1974: BE IT RESOLVED that the Citizens Advisory Committee recommend the City Council approve citizens' recommendations included in Category 1 of this report (as shown mn enclosure 1 hereto) for funding in the first year of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Citizens Advisory Committee recommend the City Council consider approval of citizens' recommendations included in Category 2 of this report (as shown mn enclosure 2 hereto) for fundin$ either (a) under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, or (b) mn revenue sharing, capital mmprovement or other available funds. Citizens' recommendations included in Category 3 and Category 4 will be referred to proper city departments, where appropriate, and followed by the Citizens Advisory Committee for further consideration when needed additional information is available." On motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that it be received for information was adopted by unanimous vote. Motion of Mr. Wentz and APPRO~ ~ seconded by Mr. Early, the meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m. City Clerk
