This resolution shall take effect from its passage." <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Hotley, Oast, Wentz, Davis~ <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> 74-486 "Consideration of a resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to <br />enter into an agreement with the Tidewater Transportation District Commission for the <br />allocation of transit services costs between the Commission, City of Chesapeake, City of <br />Norfolk, City of Portsmouth, and the City of Virginia Beach. <br /> <br /> This agreement provides for allocating the cost of transit services to be provided in <br />the four cities by the consolidated public transportation system to be o~ed and operated <br />by TTDC. The Commission has approved the agreement and authorized its execution.
