' <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Early, the ordinance was adopted, and by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elli.ott, Nolley, Oast, Wentz, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> 74-427 - The following ordinance, deferred from meeting of December 17, 1974, was taken <br />up and read: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTIDN OF RODMAN AVENUE <br />AND QUEEN STREET. (S-73-15)" <br /> <br />BETWEEN WESTERN BRANCH BOULEVARD <br /> <br />The following letter received from Willard J. Moody, Attorney, was presented: <br /> <br />"Re: Culpepper Enterprises-Petition for Street Closure-Rodman Avenue <br /> <br /> The above matter is scheduled to be on the Council agenda for the evening of January 14, <br />1975. <br /> <br /> One of the Senate Committees has scheduled a hearing on the evening of the 14th and I <br />will not be able to attend this meeting, in which I represent the Petitioner.
