<br />The following letter received from Willard J. Moody, Attorney, was presented:

<br />"Re: Culpepper Enterprises-Petition for Street Closure-Rodman Avenue
<br />
<br /> The above matter is scheduled to be on the Council agenda for the evening of January 14,
<br />1975.
<br />
<br /> One of the Senate Committees has scheduled a hearing on the evening of the 14th and I
<br />will not be able to attend this meeting, in which I represent the Petitioner. Therefore, I
<br />respectfully request that this matter be deferred until the first meeting of the Council in
<br />March, 1975."

<br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Wentz, that the matter be Referred to the meetin~
<br />of March 25, 1975, was adopted unanimous vote.

<br /> 74-471 The following ordinance, approved on first reading at last regular meeting, was
<br />taken up and read:

<br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000 FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING ~RUST FUND
<br />TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND IN THE CATEGORY OF CAPITAL PROJECTS."
