BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council recommends the U. S. Corps of Engineers to <br />conduct an engineering and related technical study relative to the regional harbor needs <br />in the Greater Hampton Roads area. <br /> <br /> BE IT EURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is directed to forward this resolution <br />to all appropriate federal agencies." <br /> <br />was adopted by <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Oast, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />75-59 Motion of Mr. Elliott and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to suspend the rules for <br />Waldo Davis, 3000 Portsmouth Boulevard, representing the Eureka Club, Inc., to speak, <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Davis spoke regarding the Mt. Olive, Mt.
