<br />related to the street closure of Jarman Avenue, was adopted by 4-1(Oast-abstaining) vote.

<br />WHICH ARE PERMITTED WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL C-2 DISTRICT UPON THE GRANTING OF A
<br />USE PERMIT."
