D. Beard ~lanning <br />Commission, was presented: ' <br /> <br /> "During the course of your February 10th public hearing, consideration was extended to <br />a comprehensive City Plan digest document titled "CP-?5-1". Pursuant to Chapter 11, Article <br />4, paragraph 15.1-454 of the Code of Virginia, the CityPPlanning Commission had sought to up- <br />date the comprehensive plan document "CP-T0-1" approved by City Council five years ago. City <br />Council expressed concern over two items, waterfront park proposals and that all of Craney <br />Island was not shown on the map.
